FAQ

Plain answers about the current validation system, asynchronous delivery, evidence records, and the promises we do not make.

Is it free to start?

Yes. Creating a project and requesting a fit check are free. A Decision Review is US$49, one time, only after we confirm the written scope and a specific delivery date, you accept the offer, and a human confirms the external payment receipt.

How long does it take to get results?

Free self-service pages can be edited immediately; useful signals still require visitors from a real acquisition channel. For a Decision Review, the actual delivery date is confirmed before payment rather than promised as a fixed public SLA.

What kind of data do you use?

The human-reviewed evidence plan depends on the decision and confirmed scope. A Decision Review uses authorized context and targeted public sources, labels dates and limits, separates support from counterevidence, and names what could not be verified.

Is my idea kept private?

Your brief, research, test thresholds, and submissions stay private to your account. A page becomes public only when you publish its reviewed content. AI drafting sends only the public brief you choose to submit.

Can I submit more than one idea?

Yes. Create a separate project for each decision. Each US$49 Decision Review covers one product, audience, market, and decision; a new decision or additional research requires a separate purchase.

Can I publish a page to test an idea?

A project can hold a free template-based page, editable content, a built-in form or external CTA, and versioned results. You choose the acquisition channel; the template does not include recruited interviews, paid traffic, manual page production, custom-domain work, ongoing hosting, or a guarantee of demand.

What should I prepare before requesting a review?

Describe one product, target audience, market, and decision. For example: should a support-feedback tool first target small SaaS support teams? You may include up to three relevant pages and 3,000 characters of customer material or context you are authorized to share. Existing feedback is optional. Remove names, contact details, credentials, and unrelated confidential information before submitting; the free fit check determines whether the available material supports a useful review.

What will I receive for the US$49 review?

You receive a human-reviewed report in your project workspace, covering the agreed decision, supporting evidence, counterevidence, unknowns, and inspectable public sources. It also specifies one next test with an action, audience, decision criteria, timing, owner, and budget. This is not an automatic viability score or an experiment performed for you. The public example uses invented evidence to show the format, not a past customer's results.

Can I start without customers, interviews, or traffic?

Yes, you can request a free fit check with a clear decision and the context you have. Missing customer evidence stays an explicit limitation; public discussions or search interest do not establish willingness to pay. If the evidence is insufficient, the report can recommend a narrower question or a next test instead of recommending that you build. You remain responsible for recruiting participants, choosing an acquisition channel, and running that test.

What if I have questions after the report is delivered?

The review includes one consolidated clarification or correction request within seven days of delivery. Collect the passages you want clarified, explain what is unclear or inaccurate, and submit the request from your review workspace. This cycle addresses the delivered report; it does not include a new audience, another product decision, or additional research. Those changes require a separate scope and purchase.

What happens if I cancel or the agreed work cannot be delivered?

Before research starts, you may request a full refund. If EviDemand cannot fulfill the agreed scope or delivery date, you may request a refund or explicitly agree to an extension. A report is not defective merely because its evidence is unfavorable to your idea. Refunds are handled through the merchant channel and recorded after verification; submitting a request does not mean the money has already been returned.

Not sure which decision to validate?

Create one project with a product idea and target user. The project status will show whether the current validation system is a fit before a cycle is proposed.
