Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the EviDemand website and its Decision Review request flow. Submitting a request does not create a paid order or guarantee a particular evidence review, test, or outcome.

Validation-cycle scope
The current website accepts free idea briefs and self-service templates. A Decision Review is US$49, one time, with no automatic renewal. It requires written scope, a specific delivery date, acceptance, and human-verified external payment before research begins. Before research begins, you may request a full refund; if EviDemand cannot fulfill the agreed scope or date, you may request a refund or an explicitly agreed extension.
Your content
You keep ownership of the idea and materials you submit. You grant EviDemand the limited permission needed to store, review, analyze, and discuss that content for the requested validation assessment or confirmed cycle. When you publish a page, you authorize hosting that reviewed public content. You are responsible for its claims, external destinations, images, and form notices.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, confidential third-party, or infringing material. Do not probe, overload, automate abuse of, or attempt to bypass security controls on the site.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue the validation system and may decline a request. We do not promise an instant report, a fixed delivery date before a review is confirmed, traffic volume, conversion level, search ranking, or commercial outcome. A report is not defective merely because evidence is unfavorable.
Evidence and decisions
Demand evidence is decision support, not a guarantee of product success. You remain responsible for product, financial, legal, and investment decisions based on any information provided.
