Privacy Policy
This notice explains what the EviDemand website collects when you use the validation request flow, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
When you send an inquiry or create a validation project, we collect the product description, target user, contact details, consent choice where applicable, source, and timestamp. For a requested Decision Review, we also keep the accepted scope version, agreed delivery date, authorized materials, order status, and workspace report. External billing references and verified payment or refund records are stored with restricted access; EviDemand does not store payment-card details. The site may also process ordinary technical request information needed for security and delivery. When you use a project page, its owner can receive the email and optional fields you submit. With your analytics consent, EviDemand records visits, visible blocks and CTA clicks with a pseudonymous session identifier and page version; form content is kept separately.
How we use it
We use submission details to assess fit for an EviDemand Decision Review, prepare or discuss a possible review, confirm payment or refund records through the merchant channel, prevent abuse, and contact you about the request. We do not place idea text, payment references, or email addresses in analytics events.
Sharing and processors
We use hosting, database, email, security, and analytics providers to operate the service. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives visits to public pages, campaign labels, and limited interaction events. We do not send your email, idea details, account identifiers, or full URL query strings to Google Analytics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not sell submitted ideas or present them as public customer examples without permission. If you request AI drafting, the public brief you submit is sent to the configured AI provider. Published page content is public. Private project research is not automatically included in a drafting request. Project pages use EviDemand’s own event collection, rather than inheriting the main website’s Google Analytics property.
Retention
We keep validation requests only as long as reasonably needed to review the request, communicate with you, maintain business and reconciliation records, deliver the agreed report, and protect the service. Payment and refund references are access-controlled and retained separately from analytics. Retention periods may be refined as the product matures.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry or validation request, or stop non-essential follow-up. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.
