External billing, manually confirmed
You accept the exact offer, then pay through verified external billing instructions. A human checks the provider, reference, amount, currency, and actual receipt before research begins. The product does not treat a customer action as payment confirmation.
Refund boundary
Before research begins, you may request a full refund. If EviDemand cannot fulfill the agreed scope or delivery date, you may request a refund or an explicitly agreed extension. Unfavorable evidence is not a defective report. Actual refunds are handled and recorded through the merchant channel after verification.
